  Highly recommend Uncle Nevs!! My 10 yr old and my friend and her teenaged daughter and I had such a wonderful ride. The staff are professional, knowledgable, friendly, and clearly love their horses. The horses are beautiful, well kept and healthy. The scenery is breathtaking and there were plenty of opportunities to canter and gallop. Stopping off at Glens house for afternoon tea was a much appreciated break out of the sun and a nice way to chat with fellow riders and staff. We can't wait to go back!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

  Had the best fun. Did 2hour ride. Everyone was professional. Uncle Nev & crew were fantastic. I haven't ridden in over 10+ yrs but they gave me my confidence back. Thank you. I will be back to ride again. I might even volunteer.

  One of the best riding tour experiences I have ever had. Beautiful countryside to trek through. Lots of opportunities for a canter. Lovely little afternoon tea in the house of top of a hill overlooking the area's beautiful scenery. Would come here again for sure. Wrapped up a magical trek with a flat gallop up a hill into a heard of kangaroos. Stunning

  Had a great 3 hour trail ride through scenic bushland. Never ridden before so they gave me a very slow old nag who politely ignored any gesture I tried to pretend I had any idea of using to make it go a little faster. I think the horse could safely sense that the slightest trot would probably send me flying...Crossing the highway was particularly nerve wracking on this old thing but the staff helpfully waved at the speeding traffic to warn them the old horse might take a while to get across. I nearly went over the front when the horse stopped to drink from the muddy dam, and I was frankly exhausted by the end of the ride , even though the horse did all the work! Good staff, supervision; helmets, fresh horsey aromas all around. a quintessential equine experience. Will be back.

  Uncle Nev's is such a fantastic place to ride whether you are a beginner or quite experienced. The scenery is stunning and with the 3 hour trail ride, a stop at a homestead on Mt. Disappointment with snacks and refreshments is provided. The horses are beautiful and cared for very well. I have rode here quite a few times and every time, it has been absolutely amazing!!
